CCIE R &S Lab students

Looking for any member that have already scheduled thier lab for first quater 2010. Also, make recommendation of the best workbook to use including the new added topics: MPLS, VPN,Trouble Ticket.

I am planning to take CCIE LAB in upcoming feb/mar 2011.
any suggestion for preparation for Lab,
has anyone taken Lab attempt recently, which K version is coming in Lab.
