I am a windows Administrator have completed CCNA and CCSP in 2008, finally yesterday june28 2009, i took up a CCIE Routing and switching class, it was interesting and good to know, i knew or could improve my skills using gns3 at home to practise and see the labs come to life, since i tried putting my foot in to get a decent paying Cisco Network Job, but couldn't.Everyone wants experience of 5 years or more on all the protocols etc. I know the basic CCNA stuff, and picked up some more using virtual/ cisco simulator's.Any comments or suggestion really appreciated.Sastry V.Malapaka
